James Franklin Manley, 82, husband of Verna M. Kelly Manley, father of Terri 
Glass, Nancy (Joe) Vergeson, Kathy Cobb & Steven Manley, brother of 15 deceased 
brothers & sisters, son of Anna L. (Wall) & John P. Manley.  A U.S. Navy 
Veteran, Jim lived for many years on the former Rush P. Baldwin farm on Grand 
River Ave. in Portland Township, was active in the Portland VFW, and is buried 
in West Sebewa Cemetery.
