Ionia Sentinel Standard - December 23, 1991

                           MARIE T. MANNING

PORTLAND- Marie T. Manning, 64, died Saturday in Lansing.

She was born January 29, 1927, in Westphalia, the daughter of Louis and Theresia 
Spitzley.

She was a member of St.Patrick's Church of Portland. She retired after many 
years of service with the Portland Federal Credit Union.

She is survived by two sons; Charles of Livonia and Thomas of Portland; two 
grandchildren; two brothers; Daniel Spitzley of Portland and Eugene Spitzley of 
Lansing; and her sister Margaret Micko of Baraga.

She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Sr. and by her parents.

Funeral Mass will be 11 a.m. Monday at st.Patrick's Church, with the Rev. Julian 
Reginato officiating.

Burial will be in Portland Cemetery.

Casket bearers will be; Mark Spitzley, Eric Spitzley, Al Goodrich III, Thomas 
Schneider, Greg Greenhoe and Dan Weller.

Arrangements were made by Neller Fuenral Home, Portland.
