Sentinel-Std. - Tues, June 2, 1936

Miss Lenna Marion, 44, died Monday evening, June 1, at 6 o'clock at the Ionia 
hospital where she was taken Thursday evening after an automobile accident in 
South Ionia.

Miss Marion was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mathew Marion, and was born in 
North Plains township December 30, 1891. She was graduated from the Hubbardston 
academy and later from the Ionia county normal in 1912. She taught school a few 
years in the rural districts and for eighteen years was a worker in the Reed 
factory.

She is survived by two sisters and brothers, Mr. Margaret Riley, of Mt. 
Pleasant: Frank Marion, of Ionia: Mrs. George Cunningham, of Carson City, and 
Mathew Marion, of Jackson.

The remains will repose at the Stone funeral home until funeral arrangements 
are made.
