Funeral services for Charles W. Markle, 66, who died at his home, 323 Stiven 
street, Sunday, will be held from the Myers funeral home Wednesday afternoon at 
2 p.m. with the Rev. Mr. Glass of the Lowell Evangelical church officiating.  
Interment will be at Highland Park cemetery.

Mr. Markle had been employed by the Hayes Body, the Reed and the Ionia Desk 
company.  He retired 12 years ago because of ill health.  He was born in Hart 
October 10, 1880.

Surviving him are his wife, Cereta; a son, Clarence; three daughters, Eileen, 
Rose Ann and Reva Mae all at home and two grandchildren.
