The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Monday, February 22, 1926
Word was received in Ionia Saturday morning of the death of Mrs. Anna Marsh of 
Lansing.  Mrs. Marsha was taken to a Lansing hospital at 11 a.m. Friday, where 
she underwent an operation.  She passed away at 6 p.m.

Mrs. Marsh was 26 years of age, and was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John 
Douse, at one time residents of Ionia, both of whom are dead, Mrs. Douse 
expiring about 20 years ago and Mr. Douse 14 years ago, after he had moved to 
Grand Ledge.  She was also a granddaughter of Mrs. Martin Douse and a niece of 
Mrs. William Morey, of Ionia.

Relatives from Grand Rapids, Lowell and Ionia attended the funeral held in 
Lansing at 2 o’clock Monday afternoon.  Burial took place in the Grand Ledge 
cemetery.  She is survived by her husband Dewey Marsh.
