She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Tyson, born at Keswick Cumberland, England. Forty-eight years ago she was united in marriage to Robert Marshall who survives. Her early life was spent in England, coming to Canada in 1912 then to the United States directly to Ionia in 1914. She was a member of the St. Johns Episcopal church. Survivors are five daughters, Mrs. Frank Harkness, Mrs. Richard Walker and Miss Lillian Marshall of Ionia, Mrs. Belmont Berger of Long Lake and Mrs. Harold Thorpe of Detroit; five sons, Thomas Marshall, Maurice Marshall and Kenneth Marshall of Ionia, John Marshall of Little Current, Ontario, Canada, and Robert Marshall of Grand Rapids; a sister, Mrs. L.R. Jones of Hamilton, Ontario; two brothers, John Tyson of Manchester, Lancashire, England and Thomas Tyson of Punjab, India and several grandchildren. Funeral services have not yet been arranged.
