Louise Marie Martin, 91, of Ionia, passed away Saturday, Aug. 27, 2005, at
Hartland Nursing Home, Ionia.  She was born April 6, 1914, in Stanton.

Louise was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Martin, in 1995; and sister,
Eileen Rupert.  She is survived by her children, Wayne Martin of Niles, Michael
Martin of Cassopolis, Pamela and Norm Ferris of Ionia; six grandchildren; and
one great-grandchild.

A service of remembrance is 1 p.m. Friday at the VFW Hall in Stanton.  Interment
is in Forest Hill Cemetery, Stanton.  If so desired, memorials may be directed
to the Stanton VFW.  The family is being served by Stebbins-McCullough Chapel,
Edmore.
