Louis Martin Dies at Home in Sebewa; Funeral Held Mon.
Louis Martin, 53, died at his home at Sebewa Corners last Friday evening. He
suffered a stroke some time ago, and in recent weeks his condition has steadily grown worse.
Mr. Martin was born in Westphalia and was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Adam Martin.

Funeral services were held at St.Patrick's Catholic church in Portland, on Monday
morning, and burial was in Portland cemetery. Bearers were nephews of deceased.

Surviving is the widow, Grace Martin, and one brother, Robert Martin, of Portland,
and two sisters, Mrs. John Fink of Westphalia, and Mrs. Lou Weber, of Fowler.

Mr. Martin was a member of Dale E. Hyland post of the American Legion.

Members of the Dale E. Hyland post attended the funeral service in a body.
