          EVANGELINE ANNALEE MARTINEZ
   LAKE ODESSA, MI - Evangeline Annalee Martinez, age 82, of Lake Odessa, passed
away May 14, 2018.
   She was born on December 19, 1935 in Hazard, KY the daughter of Dewey and Lydia
(Tackett) Perkins.
   Surviving are her children, Patricia (Carl) Reese of Lake Odessa, Kathy (Duwane)
Blundy of Portland, Shirley (Rich) Piercefield of Lake Odessa, Darla (Dan) Hunt of 
Owosso and Terry (Brent) Bailey of Allendale;  brother, Mark Perkins of Florida;  
sister Bobbie Shade of Lake Odessa, 13 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 
four great great grandchildren.
   She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Terry Martinez.
   Funeral services were held Thursday, May 17, 2018 at the Lake Funeral Home in
Ionia with Pastor John Piercefield officiating.  Interment Lakeside Cemetery.
   Those wishing may make memorial contributions to Ionia Commission on Aging.
