CARSON CITY - Ford. E. Mason, 76, of Palo, died Thursday March 14, 1991, at 
Ionia Manor.

Mr. Mason retired in 1976 as manager of Connor's Auto Supply in Ionia.  A 
lifelong resident of the Palo area, he was born April 16, 1914, in Bloomer 
Township, the son of Ford and Gertrude Vickery Mason.  He was a 1933 graduate 
of Muir High School.

He is survived by his wife, the former Naomi Cantine, whom he married in Eaton 
Rapids in 1940.

Also surviving are two sons; a sister, Mrs. Reva McGee, Ionia; four 
grandchildren and two step-grandchildren.

The Rev. Kenneth Ridge will officiate at services 2 p.m. Saturday at Schnepp 
Funeral Home, Carson City, with burial in Palo Cemetery.
