Patricia Leone Agnostini Mason, 55, of Ionia, passed away Monday, December 15, 
2003 at her home after fighting lung cancer.  She was born September 23, 1948 
in Portland, the daughter of Aldo and Peggy Preston Agnostini.  She married 
Phil Mason on June 9, 1973, in Muir.  Pat was a registered nurse for 
Butterworth Hospital, working in labor and delivery.

She is survived by her loving husband, Phil; daughter, Tresea and Tony Makley 
of Woodland; son, Brian and Jennifer Swainston of Portland, Ford Mason of 
Ionia; step-daughters, Kimberly and Alan Cooper of Georgia, Kristi Hurley of 
Florida, brothers, Gilbert Agnostini of Florida, Robert Agnostini and Richard 
Agnostini, both of New York; and eight grandchildren.  

Funeral services were Thursday at Lake Funeral Home, Ionia, with the Rev. 
Kenneth Harger officiating.  Interment is in North Plains Cemetery.  Anyone 
wishing may make a memorial contribution to Sparrow Regional Cancer Center Lung 
Cancer Research.
