Funeral Rites for Mrs. Lynn Mason

Mrs. Addie Mason, 65, of 4870 Ashley avenue, passed away early Friday in a
hospital in Grand Rapids after an illness of six weeks.  She was born August 5,
1887 and had lived in the Smyrna community her entire life.  She was a member of
the Smyrna Maccabees for nearly 50 years.

Surviving are her husband, Lynn, and one daughter, Mrs. Eugene Kropf of Ashley
avenue, three brothers, Glen Green of Lockport, Ill., Ellen Green of Galveston,
Texas, Frank Green, Plainfield, Ill., and two sisters, Mrs. Charles Avann,
Mayville, Mich. and Mrs. Nellie Shaner, Toledo, Ohio.

Funeral services were held at Ellis funeral home Saturday at 2 o’clock.  Rev.
Glenn McCarthy of Saranac was the officiating clergyman and burial was in the
Smyrna cemetery.
