Ionia Sentinel Standard, 25 Mar 2015

Wanon Mast, age 98, of Ionia, passed away March 22, 2015, in Battle Creek.  She
was born Sept. 19, 1916, in Laingsburg, Michigan, the daughter of Harold Beulah
(Miller) Lackey.  Wanon married Lee Mast July 26, 1947, in Laingsburg.  He
preceded her in death Aug. 12, 2009.  She loved music and enjoyed playing the
violin and the mandolin.

Wanon is survived by her children, Wanda Conner and Dennis Mast; six
grandchildren, several great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.  She
was preceded in death by her parents, husband and one grandson Aaron Mast.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m., Friday, March 27, 2015 at Lake Funeral
Home in Ionia with Pastor Andy Mooren officiating.  Visitation will be held one
hour prior to services.  Interment Rose Cemetery in Bath.  Memorial
contributions may be made to Ionia Area Hospice.
