Ionia Sentinel Standard, 9 Nov 1973

Rev. A. R. Gallert officiated at funeral services Tuesday at 1 p.m. at St. Johns
Lutheran church for Mrs. Josephine W. Mathe who died Saturday.  Interment was at
Balcom cemetery.  Organist was Mrs. Ruth Haslick.  Bearers were Philip Teichman,
Brian Drake, Edward Nobis, Fred Waidelich, Martin Succop and Theodore Succop.

Following graveside services a luncheon was served to the family in the Lutheran
school dining room by the women of the church.
