Funeral services for Frank E. Matice, 78, who died at his home in Fairplains
township, Montcalm county, July 30, were held at the Clear Lake church at 2 p.m.
Tuesday with Rev. H. Ellis of Belding, officiating.  Burial was at the Clear lake
cemetery.

Mr. Matice was born October 6, 1869 at Gratton, Michigan.  He was a farmer and lived
in his Fairplains township home nearly 35 years.  He is survived by his widow, three
daughters, Mrs. Van. W. Peabody of San Francisco, Mrs. Nelson Ryan of Harbor Creek,
Penn., Mrs. Howard Clark of Toronto, Canada; and two sons, Frank E. Matice, jr., of
Muskegon and John P. Matice of Birmingham.
