Nora M. Maus, age 87, of Lyons, passed away Thursday, September 29, 2005 in
Grand Rapids.  She was born April 7, 1918 in Lyons Twp., the daughter of Robert
and Bell (Snider) Lowery.  She married Kenneth Maus in 1941 who preceded her in
death in 2002.

Nora is survived by her son Robert and Yvonne Maus of Lyons, daughter Linda and
Robert Meyers of Lyons, sister Avis Fedewa of Ionia, five grandchildren and ten
great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by one sister, five brothers and
two grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, at Lake Funeral Home in Muir with
Pastor Burt Nelson officiating.  The family will receive friends and relatives
Sunday 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the funeral home.  Anyone
wishing may make memorial contributions to Ionia Commission on Aging or Carson
City Hospital.
