Rosena M. May, 81, died Monday in Lansing.  She was born in Westphalia on May 3,
1909, the daughter of Peter and Julia Martin Smith.

She is survived by a stepson, Donald May of Portland, four step-grandchildren
and nine step-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Dorothy Fedewa and Mary Hoppes,
both of Portland.

Rosary will be held at 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Neller Funeral Home, Portland. 
Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Patrick’s Church, with
the Rev. Mark Przybysz officiating.  Burial will be held at the Portland
Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Dennis Fox, Leon May, Fred May, Carl May, Dennis
Fedewa and Donald Pung.
