Orville K. Maybee, 75, died Sunday, Oct. 10, 1993 at Carson City Hospital.  He
was born in Shepherd on May 29, 1918.  He married Marilyn DeRosia in January
1951.  Mr. Maybee lived in the area for the last 25 years.  He was a member of
the Mark Daniels VFW Post of Perrinton and the Carson City American Legion.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Iva McCollum Maybee, and a
son, Michael.  Mr. Maybee is survived by his wife, five daughters, Patricia and
Dan Pfeiffer, Saginaw, Joan Maybee, Shelia and Paul Fields, Carson City,
Elizabeth and Dennis Munsell, Crystal, Penny and Ted Childers, Perrinton; two
sons, Gary and Frances Maybee, Lyons, and Chuck and Joan Maybee, Illinois; a
brother and his wife, Elton and Virginia Maybee, Shepherd; a sister and her
husband, Mary Ellen and Larry Austin, Arizona.

Funeral services were conducted at Schnepp Funeral Home, Carson City.  Burial is
in Westside Cemetery, Hubbardston.
