Ionia Shopper's Guide - Sat. October 14, 2023

        MCALLISTER

Mary Jo McAllister, age 63 of Ionia, passed away on Sunday October 8, 2023. She 
was born on July 18, 1960 the daughter of Lyle and Janet (Wiser) Jordan. Nary Jo 
enjoyed volunteering at the Zion United Methodist Church Soup Kitchen on 
Thursday nights and loved playing euchre whenever she had the chance. She was 
precede in death by her parents; husband, LeRoy McAllister and a brother-in-law, 
Robert Robinson. 

She is survived by a daughter, Sharon McAllister; siblings Ronald (Connie) 
Jordan, Bonnie (Keith) Kollar, Sandy Robinson and Mark (Candi) Jordan; several 
nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and many friends.

The Memorial services will be conducted by Pastor Josh Cahill at 11:00 a.m. 
Wednesday,October 18, 2023 at The Well Church, 116 W.Main St., Ionia.Interment 
at Woodland Cemetery. The family will receive friends at 10:00 a.m. until the 
time of the service.
