The Ionia Daily Sentinel, Tuesday, May 16, 1911


Mrs. Cordelia McArthur, mother of Mrs. G. F. Faude, died at the home of her 
daughter, East Main street, Monday afternoon at the age of 74 years.  Four 
generations of the family were represented in Ionia up to the time of Mrs. 
McArthur’s death.  Mrs. McArthur, Mrs. G. F. Faude, daughter; Mrs. Arthur 
Colvin, granddaughter, and the great grandchild, the son of Mr. and Mrs. 
Colvin.  

The funeral will be held from the residence, 401 East Main street, Wednesday 
afternoon, Rev. M. M. Callen, of the Methodist church, officiating.  Interment 
in Highland Park cemetery.
