Walter Thomas McCabe, age 80, of Benton, KY passed away Thursday, April 8, 2004 
in Benton, KY.  Walter was a retired Police Officer for the State of Michigan.  
He is survived by his sons, Carl Arthur McCabe of Benton, KY, Walter Thomas 
McCabe Jr. of Ionia; cousin Hal Lockwood of Fla.; four grandchildren, two step 
grandchildren, two great grandchildren and three step great grandchildren.  He 
was preceded in death by his wife Arline Riker McCabe; father Thomas Francis 
McCabe and his mother Lillian Mae Lockwood McCabe.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, April 13, 2004 at Lake 
Funeral Home in Muir, with Pastor Robert Hays officiating.  Visitation will be 
held Tuesday at 12 p.m. until time of service at the funeral home.
