The Ionia Sentinel, Tuesday, January 2, 1968
Tracey Howard McCarn, 81, of 86 Church, Saranac, died Sunday following a 
lingering illness.  He was born December 7, 1886 in Shiawassee county, the son 
of Mr. and Mrs. Edward A. McCarn and lived in Pontiac from 1935 to 1963 at 
which time he moved to Saranac.  He was employed by Michigan State police from 
1914 to 1919.

Surviving are a son, Edward McCarn; one daughter, Mrs. Grace Brauher of 
Ithaca; two brothers, Clifton of Bath, and Herbert of Ionia; two sisters, Mrs. 
Mildred E. Young of Saranac; Mrs. Bernice Clark of Bath; seven grandchildren 
and one great grandchild. 

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Morris-Roetman funeral home in 
Saranac.  Burial will be in Roselawn cemetery in Perry.
