Hastings Reminder - April 16, 2011


Mary Jane McCaul, age 79, of Clarksville, went to be with her Lord and Savior 
on Thursday, April 14, 2011 at Heartland Health Care Center in Grand Rapids.

She was born May 15, 1931, the daughter of Russell and Gertrude (Tanis) McCaul. 
She graduated from Ionia High School and attended Grace Bible College. 

Mary was employed at the United Bank in Clarksville for many years, was a 
member of the Clarksville Bible Church where she was a Sunday School teacher 
and member of the Awana Club. When she was younger, Mary had also taken several 
mission trips.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Charles McCaul, Sr. and 
sister, Virginia Creighton.

Surviving are brothers, Ben (Donna) McCaul, Robert (June) McCaul, Carl McCaul 
and Lester (Jan) McCaul; sister, Carol (Wayne) Neilson; brother-in-law, Rex 
Creighton; numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation with the family will be held from 5-7 p.m. on Sunday, April 17, 2011 
at the Koops Funeral Chapel – Lake Odessa.

Funeral Services for Mary will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Monday, April 18, 2011 
at the Clarksville Bible Church, 191 S. Main Street in Clarksville. Interment 
will follow at Clarksville Cemetery.

Memorial contributions in Mary’s name may be directed to the Clarksville Bible 
Church Children’s Ministries.
