Portland Observer, 5 Nov 1902

Julia, wife of Henry McCausey, died at her home in the village on Thursday night 
last at midnight, aged 53 years.  Lung and heart difficulty were the cause of her 
death.  Funeral services were conducted from the Methodist church on Sunday 
morning last by Rev. Buell and the remains taken to Lyons for burial.  Mrs. 
McCausey was formerly Mrs. Hopkins of Lyons and she is survived by daughters 
residing at Lyons and at Fenwick.
