Veva R. McClain, age 85 of Addison, passed away Thursday, September 29, 2005.  
Veva was born on March 27, 1920 in Collins, IN the daughter of Richard and 
Lilly (Hull) Herron.  

She was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose in Milan and enjoyed knitting.  

Mrs. McClain is survived by her son, Larry (Debra) McClain of Addison; her 
daughter, Beverly (Jim ) Purkey of Florida; two sisters, Maxine Jones and 
Sarah Herron both of Columbia City, IN; seven grandchildren and six great 
grandchildren.

Visitation will be on Monday October 3, 2005 from noon until the time of the 
funeral service at 3 p.m. at the Braun Everiss Wagley Funeral Home, Adrian.  
Memorials may be made to the Children of the Moose Heart and envelopes are 
available at the funeral home.
