Mrs. Hattie McClaren, 90, died Tuesday evening at the Newhall convalescent home
near Lakeview.  She was born in Canada December 1869 and came to Saranac from
Edmore 20 years ago.  Her husband, John, preceded her in death in 1934 in Edmore. 

Mrs. McClaren is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Effie Courtright of Ada, and
Mrs. Kate Christianson of Trufant; six grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be conducted at the Stebbins funeral home in Edmore Friday
at 2 p.m.  Burial will be at Edmore cemetery.
