William McClow, 77, of Palo, was discovered dead at the wheel of his truck near Sheridan Saturday afternoon. A heart attack was the evident cause. The discovery was made by a motorist who was passing and noticed the truck at the side of the road and the driver apparently asleep at the wheel. According to reports it is evident that McClow felt the attack coming on in time to steer his truck from the highway. The ignition was turned off. Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at the Palo Methodist church. He is survived by the widow; two sons, Elmer, of Palo, and Louis of Muir; and four daughters, Mrs. Ambra Smith and Mrs. Leona Gibson of Palo, and Mrs. Sylvia Bibber and Mrs. Paumer of Detroit.
