EDNA McCORRISTON PASSES AWAY
   Mrs. Edna B. McCorriston, 85, of Grand Rapids former local resident, passed away
Tuesday evening at the 
Grand Valley Nursing Home, where she had been a patient about a year.
   She was born at Evart March 1, 1885, daughter of John and Althea (Hall) Watkins
   Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Reva Cook of Lake Odessa; nieces and nephews.  Her
husband Edmond passed 
away 34 years ago.
   Funeral services were held Thursday (today) at 3:30 at the Pickens Funeral
Chapel.  Rev. Gary Lyons 
officiated with burial in Lakeside Cemetery.
