The Ionia Daily Standard, Saturday, October 26, 1907

John McCoy of Orange, formerly a blacksmith in Ionia, died on Wednesday, at 
age of 85, and funeral was held on Friday.  He is survived by seven children: 
Frank, somewhere in Southern states; James and Samuel, of Orange; Harriet, 
wife of Jay Hull, Orange; Lillie, wife of Millard Bliss, Orange; Anna, wife of 
Mr. Mitlick, residing near Morley, and Nellie, wife of Martin Fleming, State 
of Washington.
