She was a member of the Methodist church since girlhood. She was brought up by the late Martha Atkins. The funeral was held at the Methodist church Monday, the pastor Rev. O. F. Bulman preaching, Mr. and Mrs. R. W. Goodemoot and Miss Elva Covet furnished the music. The Rebekahs were present in a body and acted as escort. Pallbearers were Fred Urtel, David Smith, Clayton Russell, Ed Hines, Guy Lapo and Barney Oatley. Wortley and Baine undertakers; burial was at Lake Side cemetery. Obituary Frances Train was born in Campbell township on January 23, 1872, and passed to her reward from Ann Arbor on May 26, 1928, following an operation, being 56 years, 4 months and 3 days of age. When a young girl she united with the Methodist church, in the membership of which church she has remained all her life, serving her Lord and master. She was united in marriage to Rollin McCreary on September 11, 1912. The moved to Lake Odessa in 1916. Mrs. McCreery was a member of the Rebekah lodge. She has always been a very king and pleasant neighbor, having a smile and a cheerful word for all who knew her. She has been a very patient sufferer for years; her friends did not realize, not even at the very last, how serious was her condition. She leaves to mourn their loss, her husband; one sister, Mrs. Lydia Rychert of Howard City; one brother, George Train of Berlin township besides a large circle of other relatives and friends.
