Ford E. McCrumb, 68, of route three, Sandborn road, Portland, died Sunday 
morning in St. Lawrence hospital, Lansing where he was taken by ambulance 
Saturday night.

Mr. McCrumb was a farmer and is survived by his wife, Stella; a son, Arden of 
Portland; two daughters, Mrs. Arlene Rice and Mrs. Jean Hinds of Grand Haven; 
eight grand and two great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Ross of Ann Arbor 
and Grant of Portland.

Larry Dixon of Grand Ledge Jehovah’s Witnesses will officiate at funeral 
service Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Neller funeral home.  Burial will be at Danby 
cemetery.
