Ionia Daily Sentinel Standard, 1 Feb 1960

William McCurdy, 76, Lake Odessa, died January 31 at Ionia County Memorial 
hospital.  He had been ill several months.  He was born in Ionia county July 
14, 1883 and lived most of his life in Grand Rapids.  He was a crane operator 
and moved to Lake Odessa four years ago.  

Surviving Mr. McCurdy; are cousins, Mrs. Ralph Winey, Mrs. Alice Haskins, Mrs. 
Willard Carter, Anna Hummel and Etta and Chancy Shutt of Lake Odessa, Mrs. 
Clayton Cahoon of Saranac and Mrs. Ella Hancock of Lyons.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Shaw-Rivett funeral home in Muir.  
Burial will be at Lyons cemetery.
