The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Thursday, August 25, 1938

Mrs. James McDermott of Chicago, Ill. Died at her home Tuesday evening, August 
23, after an illness of some time.

The body will be brought to the home of her sister, Mrs. Charles Wright of 
North Plains, Friday afternoon.  

Funeral services will be held from the St. Johns Baptist church at Hubbardston 
Saturday morning, August 27, at 10 o’clock.
