Mrs. Lydia McDonald, 73, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Alvah Snyder of 
Belding.  She was born in Kent county and had lived in Belding vicinity all her 
life.  Besides Mrs. Snyder, she leaves two other daughters, Mrs. Albert Minzey 
of Belding and Mrs. Donald Strong of Flint; two sons, Frank of Reed City and 
Lawton of Belding; one brother, Vincent Welch of Cedar Springs and two sisters, 
Mrs. Chauncey Sissen of Newberry and Mrs. Charles Scheppe of Pontiac.  Funeral 
at the Fitzjohn funeral home Sunday.  Burial in Otisco.
