Ionia Sentinel Standard, 7 Jun 1982

Lillie Mae McFeaters, 91, of 625 Townsend St., Ionia, died at her residence June 5. 
She was born Oct. 7, 1890 at Star Junction, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Oliver and
Elizabeth Boyer Beard.  She lived in Pennsylvania until 1940 when she moved to
Michigan, and had lived mostly in Ionia since then.

She was married to Leon McFeaters who preceded her in death.  Two children also
preceded her in death.

Surviving are four grandchildren; one brother, Blaine Beard of Sequin, Wash.; and
two sisters, Mrs. Jane Lehman of Pittsburgh and Mrs. Alice Davis of Ionia; and
several great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. from the Leddick Funeral Home, the Rev.
Ronald Dow officiating.  Burial will be in McBride Cemetery.  The family will be at
the funeral home Monday from 7 to 9 p.m.
