The Ionia County News, Thursday, March 8, 1934
James McGarry, 70, died at his home, Stevens Court, at 5:45 Wednesday 
afternoon March 7.  Funeral service will be conducted by Rev. Simpson Friday 
afternoon at 3:30 from the home.  Odd Fellow lodge will have charge of the 
funeral and burial will be in Oak Hill cemetery.

Mr. McGarry was employed in the P.M. car shops for several years.  He is 
survived by his widow and one son.
