Ionia Sentinel Standard, 20 Jan 1931

Rev. Edwin G. White conducted funeral services for Mrs. Martha McGinnis at the
home of her daughter, Mrs. John Rivett, 233 Adams street, where she died Friday
evening, at 1:30 Monday afternoon and at St. John’s Episcopal church at 2 o’clock.

Mr. and Mrs. William Bushell and Mr. and Mrs. William Rivett, of Detroit; Mr.
and Mrs. Robert Rivett, of Portland; Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Rivett, of Ontario; Mr.
and Mrs. Thomas Read of Lowell, and Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Marshall, of Grand
Rapids, were here to attend the services.

Grandsons, Maurice Rivett, Arthur Rivett, William Rivett, and Robert Rivett,
served as bearers.  Interment took place in the Highland Park cemetery.
