The Lake Odessa Wave, Thursday, December 1, 1927
The funeral of Jean McIntosh was held at the Congregational church, Monday, 
November 21st.  There was a large attendance.  Rev. Start preached and burial 
was at Lake Side cemetery beside the brother who preceded her last June.  

The family have the united sympathy of their many friends in their deep 
affliction.  Miss McIntosh was hurt in an automobile accident from which she 
never recovered.  She was the granddaughter of M. L. Foght of this village.
