The Ionia Weekly Standard, Friday, August 16, 1907

Mrs. Mary McIntyre died about noon Friday, at age of 55.  She was a widow and 
leaves five children: Lizzie, Mary, Anna, Julia, and Michael.  Funeral from 
Catholic church, at 8:30 Monday morning.  Interment, Hubbardston.

The funeral of Mrs. Mary McIntyre was attended from the Church of SS. Peter & 
Paul on Monday, many friends attesting their respect for deceased by being 
present at the service.  Mrs. McIntyre was a truly good mother to a large 
family, and her absence from the home will be most sincerely a loss that will 
be felt in the family circle which has long been so close and where her 
influence was always felt and followed.  She was laid at rest in the family 
lot at Hubbardston.  The bearers were Mathew Beahan, Michael and Edward Quirk, 
and John Fitzgerald.
