The Ionia Daily Sentinel, Wednesday, April 24, 1912

Miss Dorothy McKay, aged 84 years, died at the home of Chester Shute at 
Greenville Tuesday afternoon.  The remains were brought to Ionia this 
afternoon and the funeral will be held form the Church of Christ Thursday 
afternoon at two o’clock, burial in Highland Park.  Miss McKay lived for 45 
years in the family of Benjamin Preston in Ronald.
