Mrs. Nellie McKee, 75, of 113 North Dexter street died Wednesday evening at 11 
o'clock at the Ionia County Memorial Hospital.

She was born December 7, 1906 she was married to Alex McKee who preceded her in 
death in 1919. Mrs. McKee continued in the monument business on South Dexter 
street after his death until about three years ago. 

She was a member of SS. Peter and Paul church, the Rosary society and the 
Daughters of Isabella.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Lester (Joan) Wilbur of Pontiac, and Mrs. 
Lyle (Mary Rita) White of Ionia; six grandchildren; two brothers, Thomas 
Humphreys of Ionia and Leo of Los Angeles; two sisters, Mrs. Mayme Roache of 
Los Angeles and Mrs. Anna Stephens of Grand Rapids. 

Rosary will be recited at Myers funeral home Friday evening at 3 o'clock.

Funeral services will be held Saturday morning at 9 o'clock at SS. Peter and 
Paul church.

Interment will be at Oak Hill cemetery.

Funeral services for Mrs. Nellie McKee of 113 North Dexter street, who died 
Wednesday evening at the Ionia County Memorial Hospital, were held Saturday 
morning at 9 o'clock at SS. Peter and Paul church. The Rev. Fr. John S. Fons 
sang the Requiem High Mass and interment was at Oak Hill cemetery. 

Pall bearers were Fed Slowinski, Joseph Supina Jr., Clare Shafer and Clayton 
Nolan. 

Attending the services from out of town were Mrs. Marvin Holland Sr., Katie, 
Ann and Cheryl, Mrs. George Dean of Saranac, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Wright of 
Muir, Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Hart of Grand Rapids, Guy Wilbur of Saranac and Mrs. 
Paul Clark of Greenville.
