Relatives and friends were shocked Monday evening to learn of the passing of 
Nick McKenna at his home in Hubbardston.  While he has been ill for a long time 
it was thought he was improving.  He leaves a widow, two sons and a daughter, 
besides many relatives and friends.  He was fifty-seven years of age and a 
highly respected neighbor and friend.  The funeral services were held Thursday 
morning at St. John church, Hubbardston and interment made in the cemetery 
there.  His brother, Thomas McKenna passed away May 4.
