Matthew James McKenna, age 35, of Ionia passed away September 15, 2014.  He was 
born November 18, 1978 in Ionia the son of James and Christine (Rice) McKenna. 

Matt loved Hot Rods, Drag Races, NASCAR and 4 wheeling with his Jeep. He loved 
and adored all his friends. 

Matt is survived by his Father, James McKenna and Robin Johnson of Florida; his 
mother, Christine and Bob Lincoln of Muir; sisters, Chanda Roberts of Ionia and 
Cori O’Connor of Ionia; nieces and nephew, Lance Hall, Elizabeth Hall and 
McKenna O’Connor.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents. 

There will be a celebration of Life for Matt from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday, 
Sept. 20, 2014, at the Ionia Moose Lodge in Ionia.  Those wishing, may make 
memorial contributions to Matt’s Family to help with funeral expenses.
