Lake Odessa Wave 
          FRANK McKENNEY DIES AT LANSING
   Frank McKenney, 63, of Lansing, passed away at a Lansing hospital last Friday. 
He was born October 26 at Bad Axe and had spent most of his life in Lansing and for 
30 years had resided at his summer home at Jordan Lake, Lake Odessa.
   He had been employed by the Lansing Credit Exchange for 45 years where he was
manager of the Credit Reporting Department, and was honored by the Associated Credit 
Bureau of Michigan in 1972 for 25 years of service to that organization.
   Mr. McKenney was a member of First Presbyterian church, Lansing Lodge No. 33 of
F&AM and a member of the Lansing YMCA.  He was a former chief of the Box 23 club and 
was a veteran of World War II, serving in the US Army.
   Surviving are a sister-in-law, Mrs. Richard S. McKenna of Lake Odessa, also
nieces and nephews.
   Funeral services were held on Monday at one o'clock at the Gorsline-Runciman
Chapel at Lansing with burial in the Lakeside cemetery, Lake Odessa.
