The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Thursday, April 7, 1978

Funeral services for Jefferson C. McKinnon, 87, of Ionia, who died Sunday, 
were Thursday afternoon from the Leddick funeral home with Dr. Lloyd Walker of 
LeValley United Methodist church officiating.  Burial was in Balcom cemetery.

Bearers were William and Jack Hudson, Charles and Jeff Shields, William 
Eastman and Larry Reed.

Masonic services were held at the funeral home Wednesday evening.  Following 
services, luncheon was prepared and served to family and friends at the 
Masonic temple.
