Ionia Daily Sentinel Standard, 1 Dec 1976

Christopher Alan McLauchlin, three and one-half month old son of Clare and
Patricia Koenig McLauchlin of 315 Johnson street, died Tuesday afternoon at
Butterworth hospital in Grand Rapids after being a patient there four days.  He
was born in Grand Rapids August 9, 1976.

Survivors include his parents; one brother, Richard and one sister, Melissa at
home; his paternal grandparents Mr. and Mrs. John McLauchlin of Sturgis and his
maternal grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Henry of Fort Pierce, Florida.

Services are Friday at 1 p.m. at First Baptist church in Ionia with Rev. Roy A.
Pitts officiating.  Burial is in Highland Park cemetery.  The family will
receive friends and relatives at the Leddick funeral home in Ionia Wednesday 7
to 9 p.m. and Thursday 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.  A memorial fund has been
established for the pediatric intensive care unit at Butterworth hospital.
