Hastings Reminder - Dec. 1, 2012

Bethel Victoria McLeod (Anway), age 86, passed away, Saturday, November 24, 
2012.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Verle and Edna Anway; her stepfather, 
Harold Dronenberg; her daughter, Dixie McLeod; her brothers, Don and Leroy 
Anway; and her sisters, Onalee Gilliland, Lorraine Jackson and Joyce Husack.

Bethel will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 66 years, Arnold McLeod; 
her children, Vicki (Butch) Carr, Cindy Hess, Kim (Rich Gilroy) McLeod, Tammy 
(John) O'Mara; her seven grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; two great-great 
grandchildren; her brother, Richard (Gwen) Anway; her sisters, Geraldine Prys, 
Joan (Joseph) Baker, Shirley (Bill) Estep; and her special niece and nephew, 
Lynda and Robert Cobb.

An open house at the family residence was held Wednesday, November 28, 2012.

In honor of Bethel, contributions may be made to Helen DeVos Children's 
Hospital or a sports booster program at the high school of your choice.
