                                 Daniel A.McMahon

Daniel A.McMahon, 92, died Tuesday night in Ionia County Memorial Hospital after 
a lingering illness. His home here was 540 Crooks Ave. and he had lived her 60 
years.He was married to Bertha McConnell in Ionia and she passed away in 1936.

Mr.McMahon was born at South Lyon November 29, 1869, a nonagenarian.He worked as 
section foreman for the Pere Marquette Railroad and when he retired in 1938, he 
had worked for that company 54 years.

Survivors include one son Dr.D.L. McMahon, Dearborn and one daughter, 
Mrs.Clarence (Ruth) North of this city, three grandchildren and four great-
grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Ellis Chapel with Rev. H.S. Ellis 
officiating and burial will be in River Ridge Cemetery.
