Ionia Sentinel, 23 Apr 1891

Mrs. Mary McMullen, a lady 60 years of age who lived in the Hitchcock block, died at
11 o’clock Wednesday morning from consumption.  The funeral will be held at the
rooms at 1 o’clock Thursday.  The deceased leaves five children, three daughters and
two sons, John and Joseph, who are residents of the city.

[Transcriber's Note:  There is a notation on the obituary card that she was buried
in Highland Park Cemetery.]
