The Ionia Standard, Friday, December 2, 1910

Mrs. Ella McPherson of Orleans, died Tuesday, at the home of her daughter, 
Mrs. Frank VanGeisen, Easton, where she was visiting when taken down a few day 
sago with pneumonia.  She was 68 years old, and leaves three children: Mrs. 
VanGeisen, William of Easton, and John of Mt. Pleasant.  Her husband, John 
McPherson, died 12 or 15 years ago.  Funeral at VanGeisen home Thursday, 1 
p.m.  Interment, Easton cemetery.
